Magnets

  • How will I know the quality of your magnets without seeing them?
  • Our magnets are manufactured right here in the United States. We only use the highest quality materials available. Each magnet will generally hold between 5 – 7 sheets of paper. We attract many corporate customers due to our high quality product. Please contact us if you would to receive a free sample pack. We are very proud of the quality of the magnets we produce.
  • Why do you have approximate sizes displayed on your site?
  • All sizes on the website are displayed as approximate;. Due to our manufacturing process, all of the finished sizes we manufacture are slightly smaller than the approximate size. To view the sizing chart, click here.

Artwork

  • Do you charge extra for artwork?
  • No. We do not charge extra for artwork. Please note: During your proofing/approval process, we allow a maximum of two free proofs. Additional proofs will be charged at $20 each. We have over a thousand ready-made designs to choose from in our gallery. You can also use your existing artwork: send us a business card, letterhead, catalog, photo or electronic image on a disk via email. For artwork formats and specifications, click here.
  • Do you charge extra for more colors?
  • No. You can have unlimited colors on your piece of art at no additional cost. It’s a proven fact, COLOR SELLS! We manufacture all of our magnets using a four color process, so your finished magnets will be produced with a professional, high-quality look and feel.
  • Can you color match exactly?
  • Keep in mind that all colors vary with the printing process and the color and surface of the material. Colors can also change under lamination and variations may occur which are beyond our control. Although we do our very best to maintain the highest possible quality assurance, due to the variations in inks and materials, we cannot always guarantee exact color matches. If your order requires exact color matching (i.e. to your company logo or colors, etc.), please let us know, and we will be make arrangements for special processing of your order.

Order Process

  • How long will it take before my magnets are ready for shipping?
  • After placing your order, you will receive your finished artwork via email usually within 24 hours. After you approve your artwork and we receive your payment, your magnets are produced within 7 business days, ready for shipping. (Production time does not include the day the order is received by our factory. All production is based on a 5-day work week, not including holidays.)
  • What if I cancel my order?
  • We require written notice, via fax, email or mail if you wish to cancel an order. Actual labor, material costs and shipping costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged.
  • Can I order less than 1000 or in units of 500?
  • Minimum quantity varies by product. Depending on the item, minimuns may be as low as 100. See to product detail for specific information. For prices on quantities of more than 50,000, please contact our office.
  • Are there any setup costs for my job?
  • No. We do not charge extra to set up your job.

  • How are my magnets shipped?
  • Your magnets will be shipped via FedEx Ground. If you require a faster shipping method (or a rush order), please let us know. Shipping method and cost is to continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada and any other areas outside the United States will incur extra shipping costs and applicable taxes/duties.

  • When do I pay for my magnets?
  • Payment is required in full once your artwork has been approved, and is ready for production.
  • How do I pay for my orders?

  • No, C.O.D. orders are no longer accepted.
  • How Much is Shipping?
  • Shipping is calculated on the size and quantity of the magnets you order. We ship with FedEx Ground for most orders. Other shipping methods and Carriers are available. We can also ship on your account if preferred. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada or any other areas outside the United States, please contact us about shipping costs and applicable taxes/duties.

  • While we do not offer specific discounts for wholesalers or resellers, we do offer substantial discounts for volume orders.
